1) What are your shipping charges?

  • Shipping and handling costs for UPS Ground delivery is included in the cost of the merchandise. In the event you need your merchandise fast, you can specify UPS Red or Blue delivery, and we will add the DIFFERENCE between UPS Ground and the expedited delivery to your Purchase Order.
  • Please note: the day the item is shipped is NOT included in the shipping time estimate.

2) Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars.

3) What is your return and exchange policy?

4) What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept purchase orders from ICP distributors only. You may also use VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, money orders or cashier's checks. All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars

5) How do you handle sales tax?

Internet retailers are generally required to collect taxes only where they have a physical selling presence. If they do not have any such presence, they are not required to collect sales taxes.

Lamont Marketing Group’s current sales tax collection policy is to collect sales taxes only for shipments within the State of Minnesota.
